Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME),
Five credit passes at not more than two sittings in:- WASSCE, SSCE, NTC, GCE, WAEC, NABTEB in:

English Language, Gen. Mathematics, Biology/ Health
Sciences, Chemistry Plus any 1 Subject from:- Foods & Nutrition, Physics, Geography, Commerce, Economics
