Entry Requirements

National Diploma (ND)

Candidates must have five (5) credit passes at not more than two sittings in relevant subjects, including:
  • English Language
  • Mathematics
  • Economics
  • A Basic Science
  • Any other subject such as Geography, Commerce, Physics, Biology, Computer Studies, Technical Drawing, etc.

Higher National Diploma (HND)

Candidates seeking admission into the HND Estate Management & Valuation programme must have:
  • National Diploma (ND) in Estate Management & Valuation with a minimum of Lower Credit pass
  • A minimum of one-year post-ND industrial training/work experience in a relevant estate firm or construction-related industry
  • Candidates with Pass grade at ND level must have a minimum of two years cognate experience
